The client, a large printer manufacturer with over 20,000 employees, needed a comprehensive IT infrastructure solution to support their 1,500 computer users. Our solution included a robust physical infrastructure with 5 main racks and 40 site racks, utilizing both UTP and Optical backbone cabling.
We deployed Cisco networking equipment based on a three-layer model (Core, Distribution, and Access) to optimize performance and security. For server needs, we implemented Dell solutions with VMware virtualization to maximize resource utilization and scalability. The project also included a Panasonic CCTV system for effective surveillance and a ZKTECO Door Access system for managing entry and exit for 5,000 workers per shift.
Post-deployment, we provided an 8×6 IT maintenance and operations service, ensuring continuous support and system uptime. This partnership resulted in improved working efficiency, enhanced security, and streamlined management, allowing the client to achieve their production goals.
